NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Regular Meeting held on September 15, 2025, the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Plotterkill Fire District duly adopted a resolution, abstracted as follows, subject to permissive referendum:

BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-g of the General Municipal Law that a sum not to exceed nine thousand dollars ($9,000) be expended from the Equipment Capital Reserve Fund of the Fire District for the purpose of purchasing new extrication air bags; and be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Resolution was adopted subject to permissive referendum as provided in Section 6-g of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York.
